Upgrade Your Software

We're excited to announce the release of Version 12 for both FileCenter DMS and FileCenter Automate. Before you can install these versions, you will need a new key. Current customers, please enter your existing Product Key below (version 11 or older).

How do I know what version I'm using?

The easy way to tell what version you're on is to enter your key in the field above. It will tell you your current version and whether your key has already been upgraded.

You can also check this in the software itself. There are two ways, depending on which version you're on:

  1. Click the Home tab at the top of the software and look for the version
  2. Click the drop-arrow next to the Help button > About
